When I was 10 years old my father gave me his grandmother's piping kit and from there I was hooked. Before the days of YouTube tutorials and Instagram there were Martha Stewart specials - I was always fascinated and wanted to build my empire just like her! I've continued on this journey honing my craft and constantly learning new things! I love being able to spread joy and celebrate the good things in life!

WHAT SIZE CAKE DO I NEED?
All cakes have 3 layers sandwiched with your favorite fillings or frostings
4" Round (serves 6)
Perfect for a smash cake
6" Round (serves 15)
8" Round (serves 20-25)
10" Round (serves 40-45)

Tiered cakes serve minimum 50 people and start at $300, price may increase based on design.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKE?
Depending on the frosting and fillings most cakes can be kept at a cool room temperature overnight.
For cream cheese frosting, fresh fruit filling, and cannoli cream it is recommended to keep in the fridge and remove one hour prior to serving.
If you have extra cake left over you can freeze individual pieces wrapped in saran wrap for up to 6 months.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Custom cakes, large cupcake orders, and royal iced cookies require two weeks advanced notice and a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

Cupcake orders are sold by the dozen and can be placed with 48 hours notice if the order is less than 4 dozen cupcakes.
